Another restaurant from critically acclaimed Simon Hill, To say he’s serious about food is an understatement. When he approached with his concept of the most authentic Spanish restaurant not only in Brisbane but Australia we knew we had to create something pretty special to match the amazing food that would be on offer. The fit out was a raw subterranean warehouse-style dining salon and naked kitchen. Very rustic, exposed brickwork, age beaten wooden tables and metal press ceiling that fills the room with warmth and personality. We wanted to create a brand that matched with a subtle nod to the classic wine labels that lines the walls. The result is something that has character and exudes experience but is delivered in a contemporary way.
